Daily maintenance refers to the cost caused by preventive maintenance in a planned way or repairing some slight damage part for structure intact bridge and subsidiary facilities.Bridge maintenance are generally conducted regularly.Bridge maintenance costs include: maintenance personnel fees and other maintenance cost (curing materials and testing tool loss fee).
Special inspection cost refers to the expenditure that is caused by detailed detection, trials, estimate and evaluation of the distress condition of the quality of materials and working performance of bridge construction and components.
When the bridge reaches its service life and needs to be dismantled, there will be two expenses: dismantle cost, in short BC, and the savings resulting from recycling the old bridge's materials, in short, SC (i.e., the scrap value of the bridge).

Recently, mixed metal oxide nanohybrid materials can often be more efficient photocatalyst than pure substances.
Experimental Details Materials: Iron (II) sulphate heptahydrate (FeSO4.7H2O, 99 %), copper sulphate pentahydrate (CuSO4.5H2O, 99 %), titanium dioxide, natrium hydroxide (NaOH), K2Cr2O7, ethanol and ethylene glycol (EG) were purchased from Merck.
The prepared nanohybrid exhibit a potential material to remove heavy metals from waste water.

Material and Methods Ingredients.
The material used is palm kernel shells (PKS) and iron ore obtained from South Kalimantan.
PKS is cleaned and dried under the sun, then crushed and sieved to obtain a material size of (-25+35) Mesh.

Results and analysis The result shows the base material strengths are about 658Mpa in the five testing groups.
After been corroded, the base material's mechanical strength is changed.
There are sensitive to corrosion and continuity channel in the material, and this kind of channel is anode in specific sounding.
They are always first corrosion spots in the material surface under the combined effects of stress and media, the formation of cracks, and gradually to the invasion inside the material until fracture.

In most of these approaches, the rock surrounding the bore hole is considered as a nonlinear continuum material.
For this, the demand for a new tool has boosted the birth of RFPA2D (Rock Failure Process Analysis code) based on FEM, which may be of help to improve the better understanding of seismicities induced in rock failure and failure mechanisms of brittle rock materials.
The rock property is chosen so as to simulate the brittle behavior of rock material summarized in Table 1.
