Introduction The dehydration technology and equipments for existing fine grain materials cannot meet the dehydration requirements of coal slurry in the respects of product moisture, processing capacity, working system, capital investment, operating expenses and reliability [1,2].Thus, to research new type continuous, efficient and highly reliable dehydration technologies and equipments and strengthen the dehydration for fine grain materials is significant for the respects, such as to promote the technology of clean coal, improve and enhance the productive technology level of coal preparation plant, increase the enterprise’s economic benefits, enhance the utilization rate of resources and environmental protection, etc[3].
So in practical operation, with the available conditions, it shall try to increase the filter concentration, increase the filtration pressure, increase the content of coarse grain materials to get lower filtration product moisture.From the numerical expression of actual influence factor, we can see that : the filter cake moisture increases as the feed concentration increasing, but the influence is not big; the filtration pressure is the most largest influence factor for filter cake moisture, the much higher of the pressure, the much lower of the filter cake moisture, and conversely, the filter cake moisture much higher.
As the fine grain content in feeding materials increasing, the filter cake moisture rises, filtration period and filtrate concentration larger, and the treatment capacity lowers. 2)Perform design, result analysis and optimization for series of test of positive pressure filtration dehydration effect for feed concentration, filtration period and filtration pressure by Design-Exper, result of which shows: the filter cake moisture, filtrate concentration and dry coal slime treatment capacity has notable linear relations with the three operation parameters. 3)The mathematical models for relations among filter cake moisture, filtrate concentration and dry coal slime treatment capacity and the three operation parameters are respectively expressed as: Filter cake moisture=33.662622-0.024704×A- 0.15708×B+13.69179×C Filtrate concentration=-0.60444+1.8311e-3×A+8.517e -3×B+2.28435×C Sqrt(dry coal slime treatment capacity)=-16.60950+0.082385×A-0.016163×B-0.80814×C 4)Through the research on

In this study, the materials are easily degraded straw, leaves, dried chicken manure and so on. 3.2, About problems of how to make the organic matter content reach the maximum in the Composting In sample 6 of our experiment, that is the sludge plus 40% Fermentation accelerant agent treatment, the highest organic matter content of compos has been occurred.
The Literature [7] pointed out that the organic matter content of the sludge is lower than that of corn stalks, the lower contribution rate of carbon increase ,the relatively lower proportion of sludge organic matter content of mixed materials, the experimental results were Similar with the view in literature[7].
