Frame Structure the Design of Stair Analysis Yubing Wang1,a,Fu Ma2,b 1Department of Civil Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology, Yingzexi Street, Taiyuan, 030024, China a 329962327@qq.com Keywords: Frame structure; Stair design; Integral structure; Sliding connection Abstract.
Stair is building vertical transport facilities, mainly responsible for people evacuation, in meet the earthquake and fire, is an important channel to escape, no matter in public construction or civil building is the most weak place, so the reasonable design of stair for normal use and sudden the happening of the circumstance have a vital role.
Stair design problem Judging whether to need to pay attention to the design of the floor, requires the designer has the rich experience and the actual engineering judgment.

Arup, a leading authority in structural engineering, in his speech in British Engineers Association in 1983," … … I can truly say that people nearly are able to do everything what they want to achieve.
Based on the local conditions, rational expression of technology requires that the form of the building should match with the natural and civil surroundings; the styles inside and outside the building should match well, too.
No matter for natural environment or for civil structure, artificial sports building is non-associated scale factor with no doubt.
