According to the axis translation principle of inertia moment, when object moves around an axis which parallel to the center axis, its moment of inertia is:

2.2 The equivalent conversion of elastic parameters
In the torsional vibration system, when a torque M added to both end of a shaft, the shaft would be torsioned to a certain angle:

When the material and diameter of the shaft is decided, stiffness is inversely proportional to length, so: (4) Elastic parameters of the shaft have several cases: one is simple shape shaft, such as equal diameter shaft, we can use formula (2-4) to calculate; another is complex shape shaft, such as the stepped shaft, crankshaft etc, it should be broken down into several simple units, and then find out the stiffness of each unit, according to a certain principle to solve for total stiffness and amend[5]. 2.3 The torsional vibration equivalent model The equivalent model of the second gear has been established by the equivalent conversion principle mentioned above.

Abstract.
Fractal dimension of the physical model that is the same graph structure tiny elements can be organized into some kind of performance for the objective nature of the material structure graphics.
The objective existence of various natures between the material structures of graphics may be small elements of the regional units of the same but the number of units in the region is composed of different graphics to distinguish the difference between structures.

Conclusions Following the completion of the bending tests of the asymmetric and symmetric tooth of the gear, we have come to the following conclusions: - While bent on the "modified +" flank, the asymmetric tooth statically withstands a 10-16% tangential force higher than when the bending is produced on the “- modified flank” (for this study, the "- modified flank" was kept at 20°); - On the basis of the present experimental results, we can recommend a correction factor "kF" for sizing gears with asymmetric teeth in module m=5 mm, b=8 mm, tooth fillet radius ρ=1 and ρ=1.5 respectively, and the annealed C45 material, depending on the active flank which transmits the moment, according to Table 3.

The material behavior is assumed to be linear elastic with Yong’s modulus e=206000 N/mm2, Poison’ ratio v=0.289 and density.The initial velocity the upper mold board is 15mm / s, the forming time is about 1s, the floating pressure of the down mold board is 5MPa.
It is less than the material yield limit which indicates the down mold board in elastic deformation without permanent plastic deformation occurring and can meet the requirements for mass production.
