Introduction With the rapid development of urbanization, comprehensive building have been constructed everywhere.This comprehensive building provide services such as eating,lodging, entertainment or more .The combustible materials used in the building everywhere, thus increasing the possibility of fire, and will be a very serious event of fire events.

The current industry practice relies on a static material-and-energy-balance model to calculate the quantity of oxygen required to convert the reactants into the steel.
Uncertainties in the chemical composition of the starting material and the dynamics of the conversion process during the oxygen blowing lead to undesirable variations in the final carbon content [2].
