Introduction
The final and safe storage of radioactive waste materials is nowadays an existing and urgently to be solved problem.
The raw materials used were all of p.a. grade, SiO2, B2O3 are the basic glass forming oxides while Na2O is glass modifier; while BaO, ZrO2 serve both as network modifier, glass and hydrolytic stabilizers and UO3, CeO2, Nd2O3.

Introduction
At present time, polymer materials are used for obtaining nonporous track (nuclear) membranes [1].
Materials and Methods As a starting material, poly(ethylene terephthalate) film with the thickness of 12 µm was used.
It can be assumed that the presence of Si and Ti atoms does not belong to the samples themselves, but only impurities from the previous materials that were in the research chamber.

Once standards are developed for degradable plastics they can be used to evaluate the specific formulations of materials which will find best application in this state as regards their performance and use characteristics.

The wood vinegar was made from rice husk pyrolysis, which was gotten from the rice processing plant in Guangdong province.
The material was then calcined in air for 4h each at temperature 500℃.
Materials of aromatic hydrocarbon are Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, phenol, tricresol and so on.
