Mechanical characteristics analysis In this paper, materials are made of Q235 steel tube Ф152*7.5,the element is set to beam element, rigid node, bearings with fixed hinge bearings and roof applied uniform distributed load of 2.35 KN/m2[6].The basic geometric parameters are four different spans S=30, 40, 50, 60,different rises F=7.5, 10, 12.5, 15,different thicknesses T=0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0,different radial nodes laps Nx=10, 12, 14, 16,different ring copies of the symmetric region Kn=10, 12, 14, 16.

It features a considerable variation of the cutting forces and torque which occur due to fluctuations in the processed material hardness, chip accumulation in the instrument chip grooves, unsymmetrical sharpening of the cutting edges.
The effect on the characteristics of drilling dynamics of the cutting force can be considered as a function of the processed material hardness and cutting layer thickness.
