Agricultural waste, also known as agro-waste, is being used to fabricate AMCs using ceramic materials such as Al2O3 or SiC, providing additional strength reinforcement for the hybrid composite.
Materials and Method 2.1 Material Selection This study used slabs of commercially wrought Al-Mg-Si alloy metal as the matrix.
Chemically pure alumina particles with an average particle size of 28 mm was obtained and used as reinforcing materials.
Conclusion The use of GPPA particles as reinforcement in the fabrication of a hybrid aluminium matrix composite depicts an economical use of agro-waste materials in enhancing the properties of AMCs, thus reducing the need for synthetic fillers.

Was used hardening curve set as an exponential dependence proposed by Alyaev-Smirnov [8]: , (10) where is the intensity of the stress; is the degree of deformation; М, С, В, N are coefficients determined in the test material for linear tension (compression).
The values found for the minimum deformation work Аmin to determine efforts hex head bolts reduction from different materials with different size ratio.
The following conditions were adopted: isothermal process, the plastic material of the work piece, the plasticity condition according Huber-Mises, hard tools, the material for the work piece is steels G15240 and C1035, the tool dimensions was designed for punching the flange bolt M10, the coefficient of friction was assigned.

The quality of hair dyeing sewage are closely related to the species, currently on the market a wide variety of hair dyes, but the main raw material substantially the same, mainly containing aniline, p-phenylenediamine (C6H8N2), m(p) -hydroquinone (C6H6O2), o-(m, p)-aminophenol (C6H7NO), etc.aniline, phenol organics and thioglycolic acid (C2H4O2S), Cetearyl Alcohol, Oleth-30, α-iso-methylionone, polydimethylsiloxane and other organic compounds [1-3].
Aniline is an important raw material of dye industry, such substances toxic, carcinogenic effects are obvious, because of the environment and human health impacts greatly, it was first included in the class of fourteen priority pollutants blacklist.
Materials and methods Water Quality.
(2) Although the hair dyeing sewage and mixed sewage phosphorus is relatively high, but hair dye containing cyclic organic material, of biological phosphorus removal is not adversely affected, instead, it is higher than domestic sewage phosphorus removal; and hair dyeing sewage on ammonia removal has little effect, through the nitrification of nitrite bacteria and nitrate bacteria in the reactor hair dyeing sewage ammonia can be removed

When the tool is loaded, the clamping section of the shank is first heated, the metal material is thermally expanded, and the size of the clamping hole becomes larger.
Cooling, the tool is firmly clamped by the contraction force of the material of the shank; the thermal cycle of the unloading process is the same as the thermal cycle of the tool.

Therefore, the importance of reliable metrology at an early stage of device making is, not only critical to improve yield prediction accuracy, but also to steer material to the appropriate application, and close feedback loops, ensuring improvement in the subsequent material growth and manufacturing.
PL can be associated with electrical properties, as the excitation and recombination in effect is locally more likely to happen due to changes of the energy states, a more observable phenomena in mono-crystalline material since the event is isolated to crystal abnormalities (defects) but less relatable with parametric failures than localized reduced depletion voltage, which is observed at defective sites by QUAD.

Moreover, prior to the development of modern theoretical corpus of mechanics of solids and materials, physical scaled models used to be the only tool aimed at the estimation of reliability of solutions within a framework of “trial and error” methodology.
This could likely constitute an evidence of plastic incursion, although the yielding resistance of the material is not known.
