It is light weight material with high strength to weight ratio and stiffness properties. [1-3]Composite materials are used in automotive and marine industries, furniture and building materials, civil and military applications, air and space crafts and many more.

However, there are some deficiencies in the research about structure and materials of TDMFC.
Based on the previous research, in this paper, by using MCMB as raw materials, carbon composites tubular cathode support body and flat anode support body were prepared by gel-casting process.
Using different materials and chemicals, the photograph of tubular cathode and plate anode for TDMFC was shown in Fig. 1.

The multiple properties through single test in principle is up-to-date technology of measurement science, which is an assembled measuring technology in-situ and measure multiple functions on the same part of a sample.

How to process the hard and brittle materials in the ductile regime with high efficiency recently
becomes the focus of precision and ultra-precision machining fields [1-3].
Tangential force mainly based on ductile removal is larger than that mainly based on brittle destruction because the plastic deformation of materials consumes more grinding energy [6].
In the processing of engineering ceramics, a plenty of acoustic emission signals will be produced when materials removal by brittle failure, plastic deformation or combination of the two ways.
