The main purpose of constructing public sports venues is to meet the social material and cultural life and the improvement of people's living standards, and not to profit, it determines that the most sports venues charge lowly, even free open to the public.
In view of the problems and characteristics of public sports venues, if the government invests the sports venues, it must cost large human, financial and material resources; the government's financial burden has to be increased.

Conclusions According to our knowledge, conversion from 1D to 2D densities was applied with success to Compton profiles in the following materials: Be [8], Cr [16], Al-3 at.% Li disorder alloy [17], η-Mo4O11 [18], Ba1-xKxBiO3 [19], Sr2RuO4 [20], bilayer manganite [21], NaxCoO2 [22] and Mg [23].
The fact that the results were published in highly ranked journals clearly indicates the importance of these studies.
