Finite element modeling
Some reasonable assumptions are used in the finite element model established by large structural analysis program ANSYS, to maximum limit quality variation and the change of rigidity in the finite element model[2] (before and after reinforcement, the difference volume of concrete demanded in superstructure of the bridge is 2.3%, the quality difference in FEA model is 6% , and quality difference of bridge deck system is only 0.4%), which can more objectively modeling the geometry of structure, material properties, and the authenticity of the boundary connecting conditions. reasonable assumptions are as follows:
(1).The upper structure is dispersed into lattice beam system contains a series of longitudinal and transverse spatial three-dimensional beam (BEAM4)

With the upgrading of industrial capacity, the "three rural" issue more attention, funding to support primary industry policy tilt, focus more on the economic development of science and technology, environmental protection and sustainability, since 2003, China presented the dual economic structure steady weakening trend.
This shows that the majority of rural households has been basically solved the problem of food and clothing, consumer spending transformed the culture and entertainment, children's education, car, housing and other direction, this transformation will drive the development of infrastructure in rural areas of the building materials industry, culture and education and health services, so as to enhance the overall development and upgrading of these industries.
