Experimental Materials Bisphenol A, bis(4-chlorophenyl)sulfone, 4,4-bis-(4-hydroxylphenyl)valeric acid, borane, sodium borohydride, 1,3-propansultone, and potassium tert-butoxide were purchased from Aldrich Chemical Co. and used without further purification.

As these structures are used in harsh seawater environment, grasping the
effects of environment when the TMCP material is used in seawater is important.
From the material as indicated in Table 1 and 2, CCT(Center-Cracked-Tension) specimen which has relatively big size of center penetrated slit and CT(Compact Tension) specimen by ASTM E647 were manufactured.
