Hardening mode1 BISO was used in elastic-plastic material model SHELL41 which only consider its tension state stiffness and stress state collapse was adopted.
Literature [6] analyzed lagging phenomenon of CFRP by experimental study. because concrete is a plastic material, the stress-strain relations can be perfectly considered elastic- plastic.

In this paper, the 3-D solid a member unit was chosen to analysis in FEM model, steel was assumed to behave as an elastic-plastic material with von Mises yielding functions in both tension and compression.
The material properties of steel were directly adopted from the measured values of experimental: Young’s modulus E=2.06e5N/mm2, Poisson’s ratio ν=0.3, and the detail model properties as shown in fig2.Where, σy=345N/mm2, σu=450N/mm2, σt=400N/mm2, εy=0.001854，εu=0.11, εt=0.17.
