Experimental Materials and Reagents Lignin cationic asphalt emulsifiers were preparation according to literature [3-5]: lignin quaternary ammonium salts (KLQAS), dimethylamine / formaldehyde modified lignin amine (KL-F-DMA), diethylenetriamine/ formaldehyde modified lignin amine(KL-F-DETA), lignin quaternary ammonium salts modified by dodecylamine and formaldehyde (KL-F-DDA-QAS). 70# heavy traffic paving petroleum asphalt: Maoming PetroChemical Company.
