Materials and methods Species and Sequences.
Summary It is universally accepted that bioinformatics analysis plays an important role in study of genes and proteins, and the bioinformatics has become an essential tool in life science research field [15, 20].
Acknowledgments The research was supported by Special Fund for Agro-scientific Research in the Public Interest (No. 201003012), National science and technology support program for agriculture (2011BAD34B03), China Agricultural Research System (CARS-43-8) and Changjiang Scholars and Innovative Research Team in University (PCSIRT0848).

Four commercially available elastomeric materials were selected for irradiation and testing.
The neutron/gamma dose ratio depends on the materials composition and on the spectra of the radiation fields.
All the materials showed significant radiation-induced degradation of their mechanical and structural properties.
A reduction of the swelling ratio (SR) with dose is observed for all the materials.
In fact, the total dose rate absorbed by the materials is approximately proportional to the reactor power.

Therefore, to improve safety on the work site, such conditions must be detected before an accident occurs [5].The physical aspects of safety on construction sites cover the unsafe work conditions could be summarized as follows [5]: 1) Fire prevention 2) Housekeeping 3) Scaffold/mobile tower 4) Sandblasting 5) Cartridge operated tools 6) Power tools/machine and equipment 7) Excavation 8) Heavy equipment 9) Concrete formwork 10) Gas/electric welding 11) Health and welfare 12) Compressed gas 13) Transportation 14) Air compressors 15) Cranes and lifting devices 16) Safety administration 17) Temporary electric 18) Special items Furthermore Poon, Wang and Zhang [4] have proposed following items from a safety point of view on the construction site: 1) Civilized construction site 2) Scaffolding 3) Excavation supports and formwork 4) Personnel protective equipment and protection at openings 5) Use of electrical appliances 6) Material hoist and external lift
Engineering means selection of techniques and material which are generally included design and technical specifications on the basis of strategic decisions and organizational policies of construction projects.
