Introduction
Construction machinery for manufacturing and building-in materials, during the construction of various civil engineering objects, are subjected to different types of high loads, especially their working elements that come into direct contact with stone materials [1-3].

These accurate models are used in many applications of civil engineering structures like response prediction, damage detection and vibration control.
A typical way to establish a mathematical model for a civil structure or mechanical system is via the use of the finite element (FE) method.
In the field of civil engineering, beam-to-column connections play an important role in dynamic and stability analysis of frame structures, where FE models are usually not modeled with sufficient accuracy [2].
