Keywords: resonant, pressure sensor, differential output, SOI wafer, sacrificial layer release.
Compared to previous designs, this new device has three points to claim. 1) The top single-crystal silicon layer of the SOI wafer was utilized to replace diffused silicon as the resonator material, featured with low residual stress and other improved mechanical properties; 2) Silicon-to-glass anodic bonding was utilized to form a sealed vacuum chamber, leading to better long-term vacuum tightness; 3) A new modified BHF solution was used as the wet etchant to etch the SiO2 sacrificial layer of the SOI wafer and release the suspended resonant beams [11].

Abstract.
Out-of-balance forces at each nodal point are computed from axial forces in the reinforcement as well as shear forces contributed through shear interaction along the grout annulus. [2], [3] According to some researchers like Wei and Cheng, a thin layer of material with a thickness of 4.0 mm surrounding the nail is used to model the shearing zone between the nail and the soil that is shown in Fig. 5. [4] The shear stiffness of the shear zone (grout), Kg, can be estimated in Eq. (1).
