Abstract.
With the achievement in technologies of intelligent control, power processor, wireless communication and light-weight materials, efforts to develop legged machines have become more intensive, and they are truly attractive fields for us to do some researches.

As a basic function urban complex is a city function carrier of space , resources and material (buildings and facilities), and as a carrier of the functions in the city including information, finance, insurance, science and technology, commercial, residential, commercial, live abroad, exhibition, sightseeing, recreation and so on, which provided material conditions and environmental space for the people carrying out various activities in the city.
Modern urban complex (Forum News) often become a venue of cultural undertakings in a city or local area about education, science, culture, physical and recreational and so on.

By observing any
ancient wall is immediately clear that considering this material as "homogeneous" is a far-fetched
concept.
Its great resistance to compression and no resistance to traction get complicate when it's necessary to study its behavior by modern science of construction, based on perfect and well known materials.
After the construction of the first encircling element, the debate on cracks causes started again, between the "obscure architect" Alessandro Cecchini, who attributed the cause of the cracks to foundation differential settlement phenomena, and the mathematician Vincenzo Viviani, who first applied, in this historical occasion, the Galileo's theory about materials resistance.
This debate represents, even before the more famous one on Saint Peter dome, the first application of science of construction to the classical empiricism (Chiarugi 1996).
