Introduction Engineering general contract(EGC), with the development of economic and social and the owners of the comprehensive and integrated service needs is getting higher and higher, in the long-term development process of the construction industry,has been become a reality .In general, EGC should include the whole process of survey,design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the project or several stages of the contracting[1].
A single project management target is not a key factor in determining the developing of enterprises, but enterprise strategic project management target[4].
The key factors of EGCE multi-project selection.Enterprises to choose the project success or not related to future success or failure, and therefore to alternative project in screening, the enterprise according to their development strategy and their own conditions, make scientific project selection basis and method.
Resource is the necessary security factors about the success of the project.When choosing project,enterprises must consider resources which can be provide for the project.In general, including human resources, material resources, and technical ability, financing ability, historical experience and these resources can be obtained effectively by the project.

Reverse engineering technology Reverse engineering technology provide a good technical support for rapid design and manufacturing. it has become an important and concise manufacturing information transitive way, and is a valid tool to realize the advanced concept of concurrent engineering to help engineers, because it helps to shorten the design to manufacturing dominant; at the same time, the reverse engineering is the research in a technology.
The data show that, reverse engineering can shorten the product design and manufacture of the life cycle of more than 40%.
