Abstract.
Based on the current development of children's electric cars on the market, the design takes human engineering research as the starting point.
The Main Problems of the Existing Products in the Human Factors Engineering Human factors engineering is a new and rapidly developing interdisciplinary, involving a variety of disciplines, such as: physiology, psychology, anatomy, management, engineering, system science, science, safety science, environmental science, etc., whose application field is very broad.
There is no better products from the perspective of consumer health, such as the choice of materials, comfort.
Different materials have different characteristics, and what is important is that the materials influence the realization of the structure and function.

Engineering ability training is the core problem in engineering colleges and universities.
To achieve these changes and to improve the students' ability of engineering practice, the teaching reform of the course of mechanical design for mechanical engineering is very important.
Therefore, as one of the core courses in mechanical engineering, it is the key point of the teaching reform.

Thus vortex disk should be reconstructed for model by reverse engineering technology.

One key factor limiting tissue engineering is to prepare a suitable scaffold.
[6][7] To investigate the potential to be used as tissue engineering scaffold, polylaticacid was chosen to prepare and microscopic structure, porosity, mechanical property, especially cytocompatibility of the scaffold were evaluated. 2 Materials and methods 2.1 Materials PLA with an average molecular weight of 200,000 was purchased from Chinese Academy of Science, Chengdu Organic Substation and dissolved in analysis grade acetone with certain concentration. 2.2 Electrospinning scaffold The electrospinning schematic illustration is showed in the followed figure 1.
