Structural Modal Parameter Identification Based on ARMA Model Qiang Pei 1,a, Long Li 1,b 1Research & Development Center of Civil Engineering Technology,Dalian University,Dalian 116622,China apqiem@163.com,bdxl269@163.com Keywords: ARMA model; building materials and structural engineering; parameter identification; seismic engineering Abstract.
Structural parameter identification is a significant technology to show certain characteristics and material damage of earthquake resistant structures or building materials in structural engineering and seismic engineering field.
It is based on the input and output of the monitoring data of the civil engineering structure to establish the mathematical model of the dynamic responses [1].
Accordingly it can provide a reliable basis for reinforcement, repairing, health diagnosis, testing and evaluation of building structures and the materials in structural engineering and seismic engineering field.

The numerical model was built by the integrated solution system for bridge and civil Engineering-MIDAS/Civil.
Fig. 5 shows three dimensional numerical model of deck arch bridge built by MIDAS/Civil.
To confirm the calculating precise and fulfill requirement of engineering, the arch is meshed into 138 beam elements which each beam is not more than 1.0m.

In order to improve the safety of flight system, a flight safety evaluation method based on relevance vector machine and flight mechanical engineering is proposed.
In 2007, Ma etc. applied the human-machine-environment system theory to construct the index system of safety evaluation for civil aviation system and used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for safety evaluation[3].
Flight materials is mainly for the situation of mechanical engineering for flight aspects such as aircraft and various equipments and so on.
An assessment of risk and safety in civil aviation.
Multi-Level fuzzy evaluation method for civil aviation system safety.

Diagnosis of Damage in a Steel Tank with Self-Supported Roof through Numerical Analysis Daniel Burkacki1,a, Michał Wójcik1,b and Robert Jankowski1,c 1Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Gdansk University of Technology, ul.
The safety of civil engineering structures is one of the most important issues of building industry.
That is why the assessment of the damage-involved structural response has recently become of major concern to engineers.
Introduction Diagnosis of damage in civil engineering structures has recently become an important issue in the safety assessment procedure and an interpretation of the damage-involved structural response has been an important concern to engineers (see, for example, [1-4]).
For this reason, the present method can be considered as quite effective in diagnosing damage in large civil engineering structures.

Coal-seam methane utilization was analyzed from methane purification, methane generating electricity, chemical production, methane for civil utilization and utilization as automobile fuel etc.
The devices of methane generating electricity mainly has methane turbine generator, steam turbine generator, methane engine and combined cycle power generation device. 2.3 The production of chemical products The high concentration methane mainly is CH4, when mining methane or drainage methane contains high concentration CH4, it is used to produce a series of chemical products, such as production of methanol, production of formaldehyde and the production of carbon black, which were obtain better economic benefits in china. 2.4 Methane for civil utilization and utilization as automobile fuel 1) Methane for civil utilization.
Because the combustion heat of the methane can be adjusted according to needs and the methane does not contain coal carbonization material, which results to need not large purifying device for purifying treatment, at the same time, the methane has the characteristics of no corrosion, no clogging methane equipment and pipeline, so it is an excellent civil fuel.
Because heat efficiency improvement of the residents methane more than coal-fired, at same time, it can improve obviously the urban environment, and has obvious energy saving effect, the comprehensive social benefits, best environmental benefits, so civil methane should always be put in the first position.
