Introduction
Hydrogen embrittlement and brittle fracture of materials are occurred by hydrogen diffusion which
is important phenomenon.
As a result, coupled mass diffusion with stress phenomena occurred by hydrogen diffusion causes some problems for materials like, embrittlement, degradation, crack assisting and finally fast fracture and consequently, material will be failed.
As a result, science of materials and profound mechanical studying of a micro structure in experimental method illustrate the procedure and mechanism of diffusion, degradation, and embrittlement and fracture to some extent but not completely [9, 10].

Abstract.
In addition to the use requirement on the pneumatic tools, since they are related to the users directly and influence the purchase and application of the users, the industrial design is becoming more and more important in the product development, taking into consideration the feeling of the users in regard to visual, touching and practical character and designing the products accepted and loved by the users through the design of material, color and shape.

Working Condition
The basic parameters of the 50000m3 LNG prestressed concrete cylindrical storage tank wall within condition of interior tank betray include: external diameter of LNG storage tank is D = 56.1m; wall thickness is t = 0.65m; tank wall height is H = 29.3m; liquid storage maximum depth is HL = 23.67m, the concrete C45 is used by tank wall and dome; the elastic modulus of concrete materials under the condition of low temperature[4] is E=5.58×1010N /m2; poisson's ratio is v = 0.2, density is ρp=2500 kg /m3; liquid density is ρw=1000kg /m3( LNG density is ρL=460kg /m3).
