4 - vinyl pyridine, ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate, azodiisobutyronitrile and silane coupling agent KH-570 are purchased from Aladdin reagent co.Ltd; azodiisobutyronitrile are purchased from Recovery of Tianjin institute of fine chemicals; Silica gel from Qingdao Marine chemical plant; Acetonitrile and methanol are chromatographic purity, other reagents are analytical purity; kaempferol and quercetin as reference substance are purified by ourselves(99.11%).
