It is considered a strong carcinogen [5, 6] and is emitted into the air during incomplete combustion of fossil fuels and other organic materials (e.g., during processing of coal, petroleum and oil; natural gas combustion; waste incineration; operation of motor vehicles, etc.) [6].
The incomplete combustion of organic materials can produce different amounts of BaP.

The concept of the DUPIC (Direct Use of spent PWR fuel In CANDU reactor) is a dry processing technology to manufacture CANDU fuel from spent PWR fuel material without any separation of fissile elements and fission products [1].
OREOX was adopted to ensure the spent fuel materials were fine and porous by passing the UO2 through a repetition of oxidation and reduction steps.
Therefore, it needs to be removed effectively to meet the safety criteria of the IMEF (Irradiated Material Examination Facility) at KAERI.
Title of Publication (to be inserted by the publisher) Acknowledgements This work was performed under the Long-term Nuclear R&D Program sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In 2007,the units of hunan province like Hunan University, Hunan Provincial Architectural Design Institute and Earthquake Administration of Hunan Province did the research on the anti-seismic performance of buidings in Yiyang and Huaihua, Xiangxi etc..All the results showed that the bricking-up structure account for the investigation of the total number more than 80%, and mainly for row-lock cavity walls .However, the rowlock cavity walls had many problems, for example the buildings to be lack of direction, without seismic tectonic measures;poor quality construction material;site selection undeserved, low level construction, which make the buildings have poor seismic behavior .
Brief Introduction about High Performance Ferrocement Laminate The new inorganic material--Composite Mortar developed by Hunan University is different from normal cement mortar for its adding additive ,such as polypropylene fibre, ettringite type expansive agent, water-reducing admixture, and wollastonite, fly ash, etc .It not only has the very high tensile strength,(3 ~ 5MPa), compressive strength( above 40MPa) , good bond strength, toughness, ductility and larger ultimate tensile strain, but also its environmental protection, convenient construction , less influence of original structure size etc, wnhich make it the favour of reinforcement industry at home and abroad .
In this experiment we designed eight specimens with three laying methods (all-rowlock wall, three steeps a sleep wall , a steep a sleep wall ),size of test for wall 2050 x 15 x 240, and ratio of high to width is 0.73(with the average compressive stress0.15 MPa).The materials for construction include clay solid brick MU10 and bonding mortar M1.0.The connection points at roof( bottom) concrete beam and wall there was 10mm thick mortar laying, applied for the power transmission and fixed,as is shown in Figure 1.

These results show that: the filling material, cementation and closed state play an important role.
It not only represents rock block size of rock mass, but also is the material foundation of rock mass structure [5].
To attach importance to material composition is precondition which reveal the unique characteristics of various objects.
The studies of rock mass structure, rock mass quality grade and rock mass mechanics parameters will break away from its basis, without considering the material composition or lithology and the influence of rock strength and stiffness.

Microdevices are built using materials with different mechanical characteristics in order to be able to perform different functions (e.g. actuator, sensor), and their surfaces are usually characterized by low roughness (few nanometers).
Consequently, the reference materials use a silicon substrate coated with elements made of polycrystalline silicon and metal electrodes.
