Abstract: A solution was proposed to reform the traditional hydraulic presses by the technology of pump-controlled servo hydraulic power: PMSM(Permanent magnet synchronous servo motor ) and fixed displacement pump replaced the traditional inductive motor and fixed displacement pump as the power unit ; the electromagnetic reversing system, the rapid cylinder and the prefill system were kept; displacement sensors, pressure sensors and a proportional relief valve were added to the hydraulic system.
Journal of Northwestern Polytechnical University, 2004.22(3):355-358. ]
With the declining of the price of rare-earth permanent magnet materials, the price of PMSM becomes lower too, reforming the traditional hydraulic press driven by asynchronous motor with PMSM can realize the optimization of working process as well as save energy, the long-standing technical difficulty for the traditional hydraulic press can be solved, it is significant for the developing of forming equipments.

The different grade of concrete material is used in the different arch dam project.
The height of an arch dam is higher, the grade of concrete material of the dam is larger, and the corresponding strength of the dam concrete is larger.
The Ren Qingwen curve illustrated in Figure 1 is corresponding to the 10 MPa of the allowable pressure stress of dam concrete material.
On the opinion, the fractural curve of cracking potential assessing for an arch dam was determined through factors of height of the dam, width of the valley, the tensile strength of dam concrete material.

The material flow is defined for every product individually.
Each product in material flow is passed to the next operation in whole batches, so transfer batching is realized in calculated lot size.
If the system structure and parameters (e.g. cycle times, setup times, material flow orientation and so on) were changed, the process of optimization would have to be repeated.

However, the latter filter also adopted a filter cloth as filter media, so penetrating filtering of fine powder was serious, at the same time, back and forth transportation was needed from filtering to washing processes, so losses of manpower and electric power was increased and materials loss was also increased [1].
Filter media is micropores PE and PA based on high molecular polyethylene as main raw materials, which have following technological indices [5]: (1) Micropore size: average pore diameter of undercurrent capillary channels is between 2 and 140
Currently, this technology won a number of national patents, at the same time has a project plan approval of SME Technology Innovation Fund of Ministry of Science and Technology with research fund of 0.6 million.

This manner of structure arrangement enables multiple increases in parameters of system load-carrying capacity and at the same time a significant reduction of the built-in material volume [2].
The strength of the glued-in connection is theoretically determined by the strength of the glued material.

The following data were used to model the contact forces: the geometries of chain links and chain sprockets; the normal contact force (defined by using the impact force modeling the collision); the stiffness of the material, used to compute the normal force for the impact model; the force exponent that specifies the exponent of the force deformation characteristic; the contacting material damping properties; the boundary penetration at which the full damping is applied.

Experimental
Materials and Methods.
The Fe-C material was prepared by the mixing of iron filings and activated carbon according to a certain proportion, and the iron filings were firstly soaked in alkali lye at 80 °C for 30min, removing grease substances of iron surface, and then soaked with dilute sulfuric acid, washing rust and grease thoroughly, and achieving the activation of elemental iron.
Therefore, the pH of acidification demulsion was selected about 3.5 from the perspective of saving the test material.
