On the one hand, Soviet science had no initial principles and recommendations in its arsenal to manage objects of complex social nature - cities and regions.
In Russia and Europe, the issues of creating buildings with improved space-planning and constructive solutions are more actual than replaced types in the sphere of industrial housing construction, using innovative product designs and materials, applying innovative organization methods and construction technology.

Specifically, considering the schedules of open experiments, the experimental conditions and experiment projects of the UOLs in MOOCs, the registered learners are capable of remotely selecting one or more nearby UOLs and their own experiments, preparing and submitting programs, and of booking UOL(s), equipments & devices, tools and materials, as well the staring and ending time of accomplishing experiments and so on. , Furthermore, they are able to have virtual experiments via the networks, also go to the booked UOL to collaboratively and/or independently carry out the experiments.

A constant amount of fresh air is supplied to the room during the working hours to ventilate the pollution from materials.
The lowest energy demand was achieved with DCV, when the CO2 concentration in the multizone model seldom reached the limit to turn the fans on to the maximum power, operating the fans at one third of their full power most of the time to ventilate pollution from building materials.
