Based on the theory of dissipative structure, the result of human actions for changing the natural environment and creating artificial systems, such as to raise potential energy of a system, to increase pressure in a vessel, to make artificial materials, to separate components from a mixed system, is to import negative entropy to these systems to form ordered and stable structural systems, which all are systems far from equilibrium state.
