The technique can also be applied to other WBG material with a bandgap above ~2eV such as GaN, AlN, BN and diamond.
According to recent studies, this technique of capacitance determination can be extended to doping measurements on other wide bandgap material such as SiC including multilayer epi structures [6].

This area of research is significant because plant products are inexpensive, readily available and renewable sources of environmentally acceptable materials.
Potentiostatic experiments can be used to determine diffusion coefficients of dissolved materials in a solution to measure passivation or re-passivation potentials and to evaluate anodic and cathodic protection techniques.

Production planning department, through the production planning (including Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP))module, starts on the production task for first time distribution, and does production workshop’s redistribution of production task by real-time capacity balance module.
This paper proposes, in the process of microscopic distribution, enterprises can combine with multi-process scheme base and real-time resource information, and use the PSO algorithm to solve the multi-process and multi-objective scheduling problem; it will assign the production task after MPS/MRP processing to specific material distributions, equipment selections and personnel arrangements.
The integration interface of the job shop scheduling module in the production management with other modules of ERP module is as follows: (a) the interface with wage management module, wage management module can take the wage amount in wage summary table by time or by the piece as the basis of wage settlement; (b) the interface with cost management module, cost calculation needs to collect the specific data of the working procedure report to calculate the true cost of work in process(WIP), the procedure’s scrap number is also a part of cost calculation; (c) the interface with inventory management module, it can make the procedure’s material requisition through the working procedure plan or working procedure flow card, or can also generate completion warehousing entry according to the transferring list of the ended procedure, procedure flow card report and outsourcing Fig.3 Gives an integration chart of workshop scheduling system and ERP system.
