Economic analysis indicates that the running expenses of dealing with 1 Ton of water (including electric fee, medicine fee, water fee, steaming fee and labour cost, of which steam is used for heating water in winter)are as 4.16~4.99 yuan, of which its raw materials and motive force costs consume as 3.25~3.9 yuan m-3.It means reasonable and efficient usages of such as medicine(raw materials), water and electricity are important ways of lowering the costs of waste water treatments.

The third ingredient of the model is the database containing all the physical and cost related information on the materials and structural parts that can be implemented into the building during refurbishment.
