[1] and a chimney reactor presented in ref. [2].
For this study we used 4H-SiC material with different surface orientations ((0001) with 8° off angle, (11-20), and (03-38)) as substrate for the growth.

The piezo-spectroscopic effect for polycrystalline materials can be expressed by the following equation: = < ij >
For randomly oriented polycrystalline materials, an average equi-biaxial or hydrostatic stress can be expressed as [8,9]: < ij >= / a
Given these complex and peculiar phase characteristics, phase metastability is the most relevant problem in zirconia materials.
This well explains the superior fracture resistance of bones as compared to synthetic hydroxyapatite materials produced by conventional sintering processes.
The quantitative knowledge of microscopic stress fields may enable replacing the empirical optimization of biomaterials processing and employment with more rational procedures, thus greatly enhancing the speed for the development of new materials, including their better utilization, in this important field of materials science.

From the point of view of the study of materials what is most important is that they were able to demonstrate that it is possible to combine very different materials to achieve new properties that can not be achieved with single-phase materials.
The interaction of the two materials makes it possible to block approximately 50% of the heat and 70% of visible light compared to the use of the individual materials.

So the relationship between then is not linear; generally speaking, if the free expansibility of the material is more than 40% and the montmorillite content is more than 8~10%[[]Yong-xin QU, Zhi-lan WU, Xiao-lan XU. et.c, Study of swelling rocks in east China, Weak rocks engineer, 1991,(1-2):1~13 ].
Journal of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology,1988,(5): 36~39 (in Chinese) ] (1991) put forward the method that to determine the swelling potential of swelling rock based on the dry saturated water-absorbing capacity. relationship between montmorillite content and the dry saturated water absorbing capacity has been determined through testing and shown in fig.3.
