Abstract.
The heat transfer coefficient of tube and shell heat exchanger with and without finned array was investigated by the mathematical model developed in above section. 3.1 Comparison of different finned tube The heat transfer performance of heat exchangers with smooth tubes, in-line-finned tube and staggered-fin tube was investigated, and the inlet velocity was set to 2m / s, the inlet fluid temperature of shell side was 289K, the wall temperature was 276K and the materials of wall were maintain a constant.

In ore mining and processing enterprise stoppages in implementation can occur due to following causes:
· lack of rail cars (dump cars), if they were not provided with the railway for some reason;
· minor stocks of products in stock, or lack thereof;
· the absence or lack of space in the warehouse for receiving cars (production delays);
· limited production capacity (lack of industrial raw materials, equipment malfunction, its shipping time, technological and mechanical problems, etc.);
· inconsistency in prices for the products and the conditions of its payment;
· delay prepaid revenues for the products;
· the decision of the enterprise owners (denial of shipment in case of delayed payment by the buyer, etc.).

construction and the possibility of detailed supervision on its process
× Difficulty in structural changes in the block and higher and centralized volume that require subscription presentation
×High volume of construction operations and emergence of different difficulties for the dwellers of peripheral fabrics
ü Omission of unsafe and defenseless blind alleys in the fabrics
ü Significant correction of fabric structure
ü Considerable relative increase in development of assemblage structure
ü No need to widening passage and reducing area of small-sized parcels that view it
ü Facilitation of vehicles access
ü Increase in possibility of providing parking in parcel [3]
× The long-term process of correcting scaling the fabric parcels
×Increasing the limit of parcels and impossibility to provide all parking places
ü Possibility of direct and constant supervision on the process and quality of structure
