Measuring Principle
The principle of the angle sensor is based on the internal reflectivity change of incident light when the
angle of incidence is near the critical angle of the higher refractive index material and is based on the
differential measuring method (see Fig.2).

For this study we used 4H-SiC material with different surface orientations ((0001) with 8° off angle, (11-20), and (03-38)) as substrate for the growth.
