When setting the task, the following assumptions were introduced: · the material of the workpiece is solid, isotropic, incompressible, and selected AISI 1045 steel (similar to 45 steel); · the length of the workpiece is 2000 mm, the distance between the last finishing stand of the FQM and the tube extractor is 800 mm; · on the contact surfaces of the workpiece with the tool, the law of friction on the Siebel [12] is set, the coefficient of friction on the contact surface with the rolls is assumed to be 0.8, and with the mandrel – 0.4.
