Numerical Analysis and Field Observation of Drawn Force of Sliding Pipe Method for Ultradeep Diaphragm Wall
Abstract:
The magnitude of sliding pipes drawn force has important effect to quality and schedule of construction. Using concrete creep model of time dependent strength and dynamic contact algorithm, studying on the Tibet Pangduo hydro-junctions construction about ultradeep diaphragm wall with height of 150 metre, drawn force under different drawn time and hole deviation are numerically simulated, and are verified by field test. The results show that the magnitude of drawn force is affected by many factors, mainly related with contact characteristics and hole deviation between sliding pipe and concrete; with the increment of drawn time carrying forward and hole deviation, drawn force apparently increases; without hole deviation, the drawn force is about 500t after pouring to 40m.
