Introduction Currently, high-power (voltage above 6kV, the power if of thousands of kilowatts of magnitude) or super high-power and high-voltage motors (voltage above 6kV, the power is tens of thousands of kilowatts of magnitude and above) are widely used in various industrial production fields in our country, such as metallurgy, building materials, petrochemical, coal industry, water conservancy and so on.
With the key scientific and technological projects of Hubei province, the ministry of science and technology projects, the technologies, such as the electromagnetic voltage-adjusting of motor soft starting, the reactive power compensation and the dynamic harmonic filtering, have been proposed[5][6].

Specific feature of nano-grained materials consists in small length of the B-zone in comparison with the zone A: the smaller grain size, the shorter is the B-zone.
