They can be synthetic or natural and can be classified according to their chemical nature as organic and inorganic and according to mechanism of action as anodic, cathodic or mixed inhibitor, in general the inorganic inhibitors have cathodic or anodic actions, but the organic inhibitors have both actions cathodic and anodic and can protect the metal by a film adsorption.[2] Surfactants are considered as an important corrosion inhibitor with high ability for several metals in different media so they are used in different applications in many practical fields such as petroleum oil recovery, corrosion inhibition water and environmental pollutions, biotechnology, wide applications in different industries, medical science, analytical chemistry, pollution control, physics and engineering field as they are multidisciplinary in nature. [3,4] Anionic surfactants have large inhibiting effect of corrosion of steel in different media [5] such as (Diisononyl phthalate (A), N-oleyl-1, 3-propane –diamine
Experimental 2.1.Materials Experiments were performed on carbon steel of the following composition (weight %): 0.15–0.20% C, 0.60–0.90% Mn, 0.04% P, 0.05% S, and the remainder Fe. 2.2.Surfactants Anionic surfactants which used in this research obtained from Fluka product of pure quality (97%). 2.3.Solutions 1 M hydrochloric acid solution used as corrosive medium which was prepared using double distillated water and was standardized by sodium carbonate.

However, as Tie Ning, President of the Chinese Writers Association, pointed that, although the importance of network reading can not be underestimated nowadays in the lives of people, we feel that "codes reading", instead of "material reading", loses the depth of times and the steadiness of history.
As people become more and more used to science and technology, such surveillance will become increasingly pervasive.
We can not keep watch around the stars’ houses all day, many kingron were provided by the agencies.”[19] In summary, with the rapid development of science and technology and the arrival of the era of globalization, more and more popular cultural content has been reflected in the form of visual culture.

First, for the rock pile which is controlled by fracture zone, such rock pile is located in the bottom of the fracture zone, its provenance is broken loose rock, so the provenance area range is large, elevation is high, source material is rich, the profile shape of a single rock pile is mostly single-sided slope type, such a rock pile is flocks distributed along the route, the potential hazards for the road is serious; Second, as the joint of the high elevation rock is developed, rock collapse after weathering from high elevation to low elevation, and accumulate at the foot of the gentler parts of slope. the range of the source area is small, the elevation of rock pile along the direction of the slope of rock is high, rock pile longitudinal profile morphology is showing as the upper thin, the thickness of the mid-lower part is large, is the style of "up steep and down slow", the upper surface slope is 40°~50°, the lower surface slope is approximately 20°to 35°, although the topography

Furthermore, the procedure becomes more complex by considering concrete, since for this material damage appears as widespread cracking, which is more difficult to localize.
