Summary After the late 20th century, especially in the 21st century, with the development of the knowledge economy, the number of service goods provided and consumption began to rise sharply, establishing cost pricing based on material cost, due to neglect market factors, in theoretically lack researching on service goods pricing more in-depth, gradually expose the defect of lacking practical guidance, affect in-depth development of new markets, make service enterprises face difficulty of shrinking market; The competition-oriented pricing strategy is that enterprises adjust their prices based on competitors' pricing, or widen differences with competitors through technological innovation, but because of replicability and non-patent factors in mobile communication service model, make the advantages of technological innovation difficult maintain for long, so it is possible to make enterprises fall into the negative competition by reducing price.
