The effects of cutting conditions on the surface roughness in a micro-end-milling process of a mold material are described in this paper.
Furthermore, the occurrence of tool slip-over, rounded cutting edges, or the inclusion of tiny foreign materials in workpieces may greatly affect the machining accuracy because of the tight tolerance requirement in cutting conditions such as the depth of cut and the feed rate.
With this background in mind, a study was conducted on the effects of various cutting conditions on the surface roughness formed in the micro milling of mold materials with a micro-end-mill. 2.
The coolant used was a water-insoluble material, which was applied to the surface of the workpiece before machining. 3.

Application of ultrasonic welding technology 2.1 Material weldability USW cannot be applied in all materials.
Materials used in textile and apparel industry belong to the third group.

The Performance Evaluation and Control of Recycled Asphalt Mixture in Cold Recycling Project Hongjuan Wu1,a and Xinyu Zhang2,b 1 School of Civil Engineering, Northwest University for Nationalities, Lanzhou, Gansu, China 2 Gansu Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
The results showed that some aggregate was more in quantity and smaller in the variation for the 9.5mm to 0.6mm material of recycled aggregate; the fineness modulus ratio (FMR) was 0.89, so the agglomerate degree of recycled asphalt mixture is relatively small, which had a little effect on the strength of the cold recycled mixtures; the gradation and unconfined compressive strength test of cement stabilized wasted asphalt mixture were made at different blending ratios; the reasonable range of the cold recycled utilization was 20% to 40% for the recycled old materials in Guaxing road.
Therefore, the analysis of waste asphalt mixture material variability is essential.

(3) The principle of compatibility of materials The manufacturing of every electronic product needs different materials because of functional requirements.
When classify the steps of product, it is conducive to recycling the materials if the components and parts with the same or compatible materials are disassembled in the same step
Due to the materials of the front cover, the battery compartment cover are made of PVC material which receives irradiation after casting, they satisfy the principle of compatibility of materials, then enter procedure 8.
