Very clear and perfect morphology, as well as the ordered hexagonal structure for the W-containing SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves, is being observed.

Under arc discharge at high voltage on the anodic surface, a dense ceramic coating grows in situ on the surface of alloys by thermochemistry, plasma chemistry and electrochemistry reaction[1,2]. 30th of 20 Century, Germany scientist A.Gunterschulze and H.Betz[3] discovered spark discharge phenomenon in high voltage condition. 1969, Russia scientist G.A.Markov[4] first obtained ceramic coating on Al and Al alloy.
Up to now, most researches[5,6] have focused on the corrosion resistance properties of micro-arc oxidation coatings(MAOC) and it is applied in chemistry equipment, architecture, pipeline fields etc.
The loose outer layer is loose structure with higher rate pores, however the dense inner layer is more harder with higher sintered density and lower rate pores.
MAOC is structured with loose layer and dense layer[7], the hardness and wear-resistance properties of MAOC are decided by growth, thickening and characteristic of dense layer.
