Fig. 1 Influence of design factor on the incident rates ASME summarized the data from the OPS incident database from 1984 to 2001 in which the failure stresses were calculated based on the available data, and analyzed the relation between the stress (has direct relation with the design factor) with incident rate of pipeline, as Fig. 2 [7]shows.

A further time-reduction can be got representing the denominator in the explicit expression of the integrand of the Eshelby integral by finite series, leading to known library integrals.
As universal (any symmetries) parameter, in order to classify the degree of anisotropy of a given C-data set, the variance σ0 of the normalized determinant D0(C,r) of the Christoffel matrix is suggested. σ0 can exactly be determined without great effort.
Its eigenvalues λ1 , λ2 , λ3 are directly proportional to the squares of the sound velocities v1(C,r), v2(C,r), v 3(C,r), and therefore (for a physically reasonable set of C-data) it follows : λ1(C,r) , λ2(C,r) , λ3(C,r) > 0 ; D(C,r) ≡ λ1 ⋅ λ2 ⋅ λ3 > 0
For the dominant number of C-data sets σ0 ≤ 0.5 , and about 40% of the sets had a σ0 ≤ 0.1 .
Fig. 1 shows them for the above mentioned C-data sets.

The yield strength and tensile strength increasing, the elongation and reduction of area decreasing as increasing of cooling rates after rolling.
Fig 3 and fig 4 indicate that the yield strength and tensile strength increasing , the elongation and the area reduction of steel declining with the cooling rate increasing after finishing rolling.

Step 5 (Temperature reduction).
Fig.1 Architecture of SVM-SA forecasting model Simulation experiment and results The hourly climate data and building cooling load from May to September is considered as experimental data in this paper.
The data are divided into three data sets: the training data set, the validation data set and the testing data set.
The cooling load data were sampled per hour in every day.
The SVM-SA model performs best when using 30 input data.

Treatment causes some changes in the properties of the substrate such as a reduction of the % water uptake (up to 15%) as well as an increase in the elastic modulus (up to 10%). 1.
The addition of inorganic nanoparticles into silica matrix seems to contribute to the reduction of shrinkage and cracking after solvent evaporation [8-10].
The smaller increase in mass of RH, shows that the particular stone has less absorptive capacity in PMC, which also agrees with the data of % weight gain during application.
On the other hand, the rate of the water uptake for RH is less affected by the treatment where the % reduction ranges at 3-4%.
The results also showed a reduction in the average pore radius, mainly in RH, where in some cases the average pore radius was reduced from ~30 to ~8 microns.

This correction process played a vital role in compensating for the interference from water and carbon dioxide molecules, ensuring that the spectral data accurately represented the specific biomolecules involved in the reduction of gold ions.
The scanning process covered a wavelength range of 400-700 nm with a high resolution of 1.5 nm, providing detailed and accurate data for analysis.
Saponins provide electrons to the Au3+ ions and facilitate reduction into neutral gold atoms which then aggregate to form nanoparticles.
The hydroxyl groups present in saponins could be responsible for the reduction process [12].

Therefore, leakage reduction techniques are required to efficiently address power dissipation.
High quality of the power simulation is assured by application of toggle information obtained from real input data which consists of the recordings in the electrogram database.
Power dissipation of the ASIC is measured when data from the elctrocardiagram database is processed by the ASIC.

This is verified by the experimental data as shown in Fig. 3.
It is compared to the data obtained from the sealing experiments, as shown in Fig. 6.
Therefore, considering the data scatter, the calculated gasket stress generally corresponds well with the testing data.
Fig. 7 Leakage rate comparison between the experimental data and the theoretical value The data, such as the gasket dimension, total bolt force and internal pressure are inserted into equation (7), and then the theoretical value of the mass leakage rate can be obtained.
It is compared to the data obtained from the sealing experiments, as shown in Fig. 7.

Among large numbers of history wind speed data which is influenced by various factors, there are also some abnormal data.
Analysis of Examples Based on the wind speeds in reference [10] as historical data ( sampling one point every 10 minutes), this paper uses the method of processing data in reference [10], utilizes SAS software to search and revise singular values and missing values of the data, thus getting comparatively accurate data.
Considering the data quantity is relatively less, this paper only analyzes and revises the 1-hour-forecast data.
Based on the fitting data of wind speed time series model, it can be seen that the last historical data point was in state 4.
