Modern construction industry is in need of new building materials with improved operational properties.
One of such materials is the sulfur-bituminous concrete – composite with matrix formed from sulfur and bitumen mix.
The construction technology mostly deals with heterogeneous multi-phase materials – composites, with different matrix materials, fillers, aggregates and admixtures.
One of such materials is the so-called sulfur-bituminous concrete – disperse-filled composite with fine and coarse fillers, and with matrix formed from sulfur and bitumen mix.

Materials synthesis.
The synthesized conditions for the separation materials No.
Prior to adsorption measurements, all materials were vacuum dried for 10 h at 200℃ to remove moisture and impurities absorbed on the surface of the materials.

It suggests that the main composition is the KNb3O8 and there is still some KNbO3 remaining, meanwhile, some materials have begun to convert to the K4Nb6O17.
The XRD pattern of the sample calcined at 1100℃ shows the strong diffraction peaks of K5.75Nb10.85O30, indicating that the most materials transformed into the K5.75Nb10.85O30.

The results show that the performance of cement cold regenerated materials meets the requirements.
This is because the old asphalt functions in the cold regenerated materials.
Comparing dry shrinkage coefficient of cement cold regenerated materials with semi-rigid materials, the dry shrinkage coefficient of cement cold regenerated materials is lower than that of the cement stabled macadam, and can satisfy the basic requirements for the subbase materials of high level highway and base of Grade 2nd highway. 3 Conclusions Applicability of basic road performances of cement cold regenerated materials are briefly analyzed through comprehensive performance test results.
