Abstract:

with the deepening of opening up, overseas capital operation has become an inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises, and also an important way to gain new development opportunities. In the process of overseas capital operations, the Chinese enterprises should carefully select the corresponding operation modes according to their own characteristics, pay great attention to the choice of foreign partners and target assets, and adhere to the principle of diversified regional distribution.
