The Study of Anti-Interference Measures of PLC Application System

Abstract:

This paper describes that: PLC applications are subject to threat of various interference in a complex industrial environment, It seriously affected the normal safe operation of the PLC. In the design of application system, We should take appropriate measures of reliability to eliminate or reduce effect of disturbance in order to ensure the normal operation of the system. Paper discussed specific measures to suppress interference from the power supply, inductive load handling, reasonable layout, grounding, input and output circuits, equipment selection and other aspects.
