Analysis and Improvement of the Diesel High Pressure Oil Pipe Based on ANSYS

Article Preview

Abstract:

The rupture of high pressure oil pipe is a typical fault of six-cylinder diesel engine. In this paper, the influence of the size of oil pipe corner and the application of pipe clamp on the vibration are studied. An improved design is proposed through modeling based on ANSYS. The result shows that the improvement obviously decreases the amplitude and average of vibration and enhances the anti-fatigue property and the reliability.
