Abstract:

Aiming at the merit and shortcoming of gear's backlash, the paper analyzes several typical gear drivec adjust action regulation. Seeks for the primary factor of influence gear backlash, establish the relationship between the adjustment parameter and the gear's backlash from the gear drive's meshing characteristic, then establishes the parameters design platform of gear's backlash based on VB, proposed the reasonable effective adjust ways,compute change value of gear's backlash,to satisfies the gear drive contact condition's request.
