Research on Double Helical Lines Milling Process of Carrying Bag Cleaning Machine
This essay mainly focuses on the design of the track of miller tools used on the cleaning of residues in aluminum liquid container. It puts forward a running gear of compound discoidal milling cutter dealt with the cleaning of residues in aluminum liquid container with a feature of double helical lines cutting and planetary motion for the first time with the application of the metal machining theory. Besides, it analyzes and ensures many issues such as the track of discoidal milling cutters, scope of lead angle as well as the track of planetary motion.
