Abstract:

A risk index system influencing network reliability is built up, based on the overall analysis on the reliability risk factors of communication network. In order to provide theoretical and data foundations for the planning and business management of the whole network, DEMATEL method is applied to obtain main factors influencing network reliability, and then the network reliability risk is quantified by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm.
