A Euclidean Distance Optimization Model of Manufacturing Task Parameters for Collaborative Manufacturing Chain of Virtual Enterprises

Article Preview

Abstract:

To construct an effective collaborative manufacturing alliance of enterprises under network environment, the conception of collaborative manufacturing chain is presented. Through analyzing the formal description of the manufacturing tasks parameters and the optimization construction process of collaborative manufacturing chain, the optimization model based on the distance of the manufacturing task parameters is founded. Based on the adaptive genetic algorithm, the experiment calculation is conducted with the manufacturing process of a metal product enterprise. The calculation analysis indicates that it is better than the TOPSIS approach in extending the effective search interval. The results show that it is feasible to optimize the collaborative manufacturing chain from the manufacturing task parameters.
