Research on Power Flow Transmitted through Rolling Bearing in the Gear Shaft-Plate Coupled Structure

Article Preview

Abstract:

A dynamical model of a typical composite structure of plate-rolling bearing-gear shaft- rolling bearing-plate was developed, for the analysis of vibration transmission in gearbox systems. Based on the principle of mobility, a modal solution of the vibratory power flow transmitted to the plate through rolling bearings was derived. And by applying the SEA theory, a method was proposed to estimate the coupling loss factor between the plate and the finite shaft supported by rolling bearings. The SEA result was compared with the modal solution, and the properties and influencing factors of vibratory energy transmitted through rolling bearings were analyzed furtherly.
