Research and Design of the New Investment Casting Production Line

Abstract:

To reduce the energy consumption of investment casting production, reduce labor intensity and improve product quality and production efficiency,a investment casting production line of automation and low energy consumption has been researched and designed. The major equipments of the new production line were designed, such as energy-saving roaster, casting conveyor, roasting car,stop-mechanism,off pieces-machine, etc.The annual production capacity of the production line builted is increased by 23%, the rejection rate is reduced by 30%, the average rate of liquid steel products is increased by 5%, the annual supplies and energy saving is 3 times the investment.
