The Precision Analysis on the Force of Connecting Rod in Automobile Engine Based on Unigraphics

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper firstly established a mathematical model, and then analyzed on the force characteristics according to the mathematical model of engine connecting rod. Then the automobile engine connecting rod was analyzed by the use of three-dimensional Unigraphics (UG )software.By comparative analysis on the data obtained from experiment and the data caculated by mathematical model ,we obtained the most precise force condition, whch finally provided theoretical basis for the research on the force of the connecting rod in an automobile engine.
